“We had the pleasure of working with Heather to purchase a condo as a second home. WOW! She was amazing. She found us the perfect home quickly. Along the journey , she gave good sound advice on offer price , pros/cons of the property and other important things to consider. Most importantly, her communication was spectacular and she was extremely thorough and organized. She was always available to us and was able to answer our questions or found the answer for her. Heather demonstrated pure professionalism and patience. We felt like we had an advocate and a friend throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Heather and will be referring her to friends and family.”

“Heather is excellent! She found a home for me, recommended a mortgage company, and closed the deal seamlessly all in the height of a crazy housing market. I never thought it could be done but she did it! And in record time as well. I am so pleased.”

“I would give Heather a 10 rating. I had been looking to relocate to Florida from Maryland and found property in the Stuart area. Working with her made The transaction painless and a breeze! She was very patient with me explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the seller and closing the purchase. They are very professional, experienced and helpful agents. Highly recommend !”

“Heather found the exact home I was dreaming of. She executed the purchase process with expertise and found an issue with the home that led to a reduction in price, which if had gone unnoticed would have cost me more than $80,000. I highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a home in the St. Lucie, Martin and Palm Beach areas of Florida ! You'll love her !”

“Heather was my agent and factotum when I bought my first home. I was frazzled and confused by the whole process, so I was one of those annoying clients with all kinds of questions and worries… Heather couldn’t be more patient and personable. She held my hand through the whole process and even took care of inspections and insurance issues that arose, being present when I couldn’t be on location. Her professionalism and kindness are unparalleled. I wouldn’t use anyone else.”

“Heather was awesome. She helped me buy a house down here from NJ. I trusted her enough to look at houses for me while I was still living in NJ and buying a house here in Florida. She was super knowledgeable about the area and found me a house with everything I wanted! CBS, quiet neighborhood, nice house, and a large yard! She helped me every step of the way! She was always available to answer any and all questions I had. I highly recommend her! She is super sweet, and friendly. She will help you find your dream home.”
